In most cases this issue may be resolved by performing an in-dashcam format as described here (restart the unit, then hold down the WiFi button for approx. 10 seconds until you hear a beep). If the message persists, we recommend using a computer (PC or Mac) to do a full format of the SD card as described in this procedure.
