You can manage and view your ticket requests at the “My Activities” page.
To do this, log in to TheDashcamStore.com support site. Next, select "My Requests" by clicking on your User Name in the top right hand side of the screen. This will take you to the "My Activities" page where you can access and view your ticket history. From here you can respond and view the status of your ticket and/or RMA shipment.
