If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your RMA number and return instructions, and then later of your refund details once we've received and processed the returned item.
We don't play games and delay your refund, or force you to decorate all sides of the return box with your RMA number like some vendors do. Not all sales work out, we realize this and we won't guilt trip or hassle you for it, we promise. We want you to be happy whether you keep our dashcam or not.
